Placing Order
You may place your wholesale order through our online form. We will reply with an invoice & our bank accounts details. Please liaise with us if you prefer using Credit Card. (5% surcharge)

Payment must be made within 3 days after F&D Borong sent you an invoice.

For ready-stock, payments must be made in full.

As for pre-order, 50% of the payment must be made.


Minimum Order
All wholesale purchase are subject to minimum order. The minimum order is stated under each item.


Local orders will be shipped through Skynet. Postage will be quoted in the invoice issued. Orders will be shipped within 3 working days.


Returns
All sales are final. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what will sell in his or her store (Itulah alam perniagaan!). But returns will be arranged if there is any manufacturing defect.



By placing an order at F&D Borong, you hereby understand and agree to abide by all the policies set forth by this agreement. These terms are subject to change at any time and you will be notified of such. We reserve the right to refuse any wholesale order for any reason.
